Learn from a demonstration the basic techniques of frying grilling/baking and steaming fish.

Get involved and then enjoy the spoils of the cook with a glass of wine.

Your chef for the evening is Mike Maguire from the Station Cafe and Restaurant. Mike trained under Marco Pierre White during his overseas cooking career.
