One night of instruction lead by a professional filleter who offers over 25 years of experience.

Learn knife care and skills, watch a demo on filleting prior to a one on one hands on filleting instruction.

We provide a delicious meal of fish cooked two ways on the BBQ and a beer at conclusion.

Take home what you fillet, valued around $25 depending on how good you are.

Courses are restricted to 6 people to ensure dedicated instruction.
